Andrzej, TMZ,
Many thanks for your information and photo!
I hopefully found relatives of Lt Rzechorzek and received some partial information and scans.
He took a part in Norwegian campaign of 1940. Serving in the 1st Parachute Brigade was injured during parachute jump (it caused severe lung disease). Hi finally left the Brigade and later served in Training Bn (?). Settled in Scotland, where died in 1993. He had a son.
That's him:

Lt Rzechorzek privately ordered interesting parachute badge.
Made in silver? Still unidentified markings of the manufacturer (letters M and G in diamonds):

Kpt. dypl. Knapik came back to Poland after the war.
He lived near Cracow, died several years ago.
