Artur many thanks for your post Strzelec (Rifleman) Mieczysław Trojanowski, was born in 1905, Army Number : (also found on His ID Tags) : 1905-47-III, Unit 9KZ (9th Supply Company, 2nd Armoured Brigade).
His Fathers name was Piotr, he was deported in 1940 from the Białostockie Region in 1940.
I have found a Mieczysław Trojanowski who married a Patricia Devitt in Islington and died on the 13th September 1962, this may or may not be same person that received the Monte Cassino Cross Numbered 31852.

He was also awarded the Polish 2nd Corps Badge Numbered : 045205

I'm new in this neighborhood, but it was suggested by andrzejku98, that I should share some of my collections with all of you.
Here's my most recent find, of which I'm very fond. These were awarded to podporucznik (2nd Lt) Marian Mrugalski of 3rd Battalion, 3DSK, KIA on 13th May, 1944 at Monte Cassino.

The entry in the MCC Legit orgial is a:śp ppor=2ndLtn,later corrected with a pen podpor.Yes, no entries were made in the documents!

I have checked the Register unfortunately none listed, though I did find 2 who served in 3DSK
1) Strz. Alojzy Brandys 1921-257-III, 1BSK, KW
2) Kpr. Teodor Brandys 1911-340-III, 6BSK.
