Thank you so much for replying! I mean the Monte Cassino Cross and Legitymacja you posted on this page on the 25th of July 2018 with the link to the allegro auction: Krzyż Monte Casino z legitymacją (7472863248) - Allegro.pl - Więcej niż aukcje.
The Legitymacja and Cross Numbered : 19682 was awarded to Strzelec (Rifleman) Piotr Okrasa, Born in 1906, Army Number : (also found on His ID Tags) : 1906-26-III, Unit : 18th Rifle Battalion, 5KDP.
If you send a private message here or my email igaritastepien@gmail.com I can send you my photocopies with the full name on the Legitymacja and other documents with the same numbers and details, as well as my great-grand-father's picture. We would be so happy to buy them back, they mean so much to us! I'm trying to get in touch with the collector to ask if he/she could consider re-selling them to our family. Dear Tomek, thank you so much for the information. We've spoken to his son, my uncle, in Warsaw 2 days ago and he has denied it. He told us that he has got the original set, as always, in his house, protected. But he's very old, so we don't want to argue. We think it was his daughter, Ewa. But it really doesn't matter who did this, I just hope I could speak to the person who bought it to ask if there is any possibility for me to buy it back. This is our common family souvenir, it didn't belong to only one son, but other children of the soldier too. That's the most valuable and the only thing left we had from our great-grand-father Piotruś. If you know who is in its possession now, or if you will see it on another auction, please, please let me know. I put my contact out there in the previous post (my email), anyone's welcome to ask for my proof of photocopies of these documents. We are in such shock, it's crazy. When these documents showed for the first time at auction-I bought all. However, I was on out of Poland and I had a problem with the back to the country. After returning it turned out that the seller has issued them for sale and did not want to talk to me.
I know it can, I tried it, somehow, convince, but is a person, for which the more important are the money than history, and did not want to talk with me.
Second time this set, bught couple people.
You need to ask the seller to give a contact to people who bought.
I have an e-mail in which he wrote me that he bought it from his son not doughter or granddaughter. He said something about the Cross of Valour

P.S.:Recently there are various sets, which are made of various souvenirs of soldiers ... Also in shopping, I am asking for prudence, because you can buy several items in one set after a few soldiers ... They also counterfeit documents, IDs cards-Legitymacje and decorations. And more, and astronomical prices ...
The biggest problem for me was the lack of lists of soldiers. I had to find everything and I wrote a list of several thousands recipients MCC-MY private list.
I have never been in the IPMS archives in London...
I decided to find a family of soldiers from my area and photograph souvenirs after them. In a few years everything can be on Allegro and eBay in private collections in pieces...:
