    Hello

Does anybody know one of the st ul Waclaw Maj decoration?
It looks like Monte Cassino commemorative medal - first row, far right.

    What country? What year? 1989?
    Who was a manufacturer?
    Etc.

    Any info welcomed.
    Thanks

    Hello Rafal,

The medal in question is listed as Medal Pamiatkowy z Okazji 50tej Rocznicy Bitwy pod Monte Cassino / 50th Anniversary Medal of the Battle of Monte Cassino.

So that would place its production in 1994 unfortunately I can not answer who designed and made the medal.

I hope that the above information is of some use and help

    Best wishes

    Andrzej

Great thread guys ! I finally managed to dig up a picture of a cross that I haven't seen in the thread before. It's a cross that has been struck in reverse, upside down. The back has been struck properly. I have included a normal cross for comparison purposes. As you can see someone wore it and loved it.

Thank you very much Andrzejku I appreciate your hard work in identifying these man. The error cross is the only one I have seen, so I was a bit apprehensive about getting it. Things like this make collecting interesting I guess. I was wondering if anyone has crosses with consecutive numbers? That would be quite a find!! Cheers
