As I remember all orders related to Cross of Monte Cassino awards were copies of genuine documents (xerox).
They were available like all docs in the PISM - you could study it, make photos of documents (see webpage for charges) or order copies (xerox).
But in total it's a few hundreds pages or more!

Christian Name: LUDWIK JAN
Date of Birth: 1921
Army Number (also found on His ID Tags): 1921-43-III
Unit: 6BSK (6th Carpathian Rifle Battalion, 2nd Rifle Brigade, 3DSK
After the end of the war Ludwik came to the UK where he married in 1955 in Holborn, London, then in 1962 became a British Citizen whilst living at 9 Antill Road, London, N1S on the 12th November , LG issue Nr: 42901, Page 717, 22nd January 1963, his occupation was listed has a Instrument Assembler.
Ludwik Jan Bujko died in 1977, his death was registered in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.
