I would ask the more experienced collectors to tell me if this one is original or not?
    Thanks in forward.

    Hi Kindzjal,

This would be a good starting point for your 1SBS themed collection. The badge appears genuine. I believe itís from a batch of unissued badges in this number range, although am away from my reference sources at the moment so cannot verify this for you.

As you likely know, the 1SBS militaria is heavily copied, so youíre off to a good start by being extra cautious with each prospective purchase.

    Best wishes,
    Tony

Yes, Tony is right regarding Polish para items and this particular badge which is genuin but unissued.
    It's late K&S production.

Youíre most welcome. And thanks Rafal for your input. Being unissued doesnít really make it any less collectible. You could argue that there were far less unissued badges than issued ones! The fact that itís a scarce genuine Kirkwood wins the day.

    Cheers,
    Tony
