These are not POW patches as such, both are for Forced Labourers working in German occupied territories.
Although the Polish 'P' patch was sometimes worn by Polish PoWs forced into labour by the Germans it was intended to be worn to identify and single-out Polish civilian labourers ... men, women and children within the German population where the forced labourers were set to work.
At first sight the Polish forced labourer 'P' patch looks good to me but would need to see the reverse.
The 'OST' patch waas worn to identify forced labourers from the German occupied Eastern territories such as Ukraine—again it would be helpful to see the reverse in detail.
Both of these patches are widely (and easily) replicated these days... like everything else that has any value to collectors.
Not wanting to cause offence to anyone, do you trust the source of these patches... friend, collector, dealer?
There are many examples of 'good' Polish forced labour 'P' patches in the thread:

I collect, therefore I am.
Nothing in science can explain how consciousness arose from matter.
Have posted a photo I have of a PoW wearing the Polish forced worker 'P' patch in the Polish forced labour collection thread:
