Hi Artur, on quick glance the badge looks quite good and has the correct Spink & Son characteristics. Although first time I am seeing a numbered one.

    Regards,
    Tony

    Hello Keith,

May I be the first to welcome you to the War Relics Forum, your SBSK is original it is numbered and in 800 silver, do you have the retaining nut.

No doubt one of the Forum members will be able to help you out with who it was awarded to.

Once again Keith welcome and good luck

    Best wishes

    Andrzej

Andrzej thank you for the kind welcome and good news regarding the badge.

Image of the spinner attached, although I am unsure if it is the correct one as the score marks on the back of the badge would indicate to me that a larger spinner had been used.

A note that came with the badge suggested it was awarded to Antoni Fabiszewski a Bombardier with 3rd Polish Carpathian Artillery Regiment. Would it be possible to find further information about this soldier?

Also, what was the criteria for the award of the badge please?

    Thank you, Keith

Hi Keith, nice to see you here

This is a commemorative badge, not an award. Was established on 1.10.1942.

    regards
    Tomasz
