With regards to that photo of the guy sitting in the back of the jeep - Yes it was him. From what i can gather the person in the jeep had never seen this photo of himself before in the 70 years since it was taken. Who ever put these images on line , a real big thank you.

Our father served in 2 Motor Battalion (Commando), 2 Warsaw Armored Division, 2 Polish Corps, 8 British Army. Does anyone know where they can find a list of names between 1944-45.
