Unknow Polish Badge

Hi Guys,
I would like to ask your help.
My wife grandfather use to serve in Wehrmacht since 1940 then he was captured in Normandy after the D-day. Then he joined to Polish army in England. I found that badge in his documentation. Also found his paybook.
Anybody could know what is that badge?
