Belt Buckle - Is it genuine ?

First of all i would like to welcome myself and salute you all. This is m first post here.
I received an offer and it is kinda hard to refuse but not knowing much about buckles i thought i would ask you guys.
The question is obvious is this piece genuine ?
In the small circle on the left there are 4 letters "R Z A L" and the second stamp is M4/24.
If you have any information you are most welcome. Thank you.

Hi. Sorry - yes, it's a bad one. Any time you see a buckle with this type of construction on the back (and they all have the M4/24 marking)....you'll know they are reproductions.
