Kirby and Markus, what are the dates on your JMO buckles here. Mine is 1941 and came with a mint, occupation-made Dutch belt. So perhaps different stamping dies used.

My buckle is 1941. I also have a Rural Police belt mark to a leather company in Amsterdam.
