I personally would buy it at that price

You could even try and knock him down a little for the missing piece of the tab and damage to catch

Glad to see it is all right, the tab and the dark shadow in the Gott mit uns roundel, pulled me of!

That is wear to the catch, it has been rubbing on something or even the owner might have done it
