Some from Osang are found last year on the ex area of Osang .

Again, I must say "Nice Buckles!" I do have a question though. What is he difference between the silver and the gold color. Is it a Rank thing? Thank you.

Unless something was different with these early buckles silver was for the railroads and gold was water relayed. If you work on a ferry you would wear the gold buckle. These are all rare but a gold one would be a lot rarer.

Many thanks for the pics P, I dont think I have ever seen one of these buckle made by anyone other than Assmann, I wonder if anyone else made these buckles? Probably would have to be one of the earlier buckle producers.
