I have seen these for sale over on WAF and the seller says 'These were collected on the 8th & 9th of June 1940 by the Deutsches Jugendherbergwerk.'
I like them
Nick
I like them also! I have made an offer and will hopefully add them to my HJ collection which consists of one HJ knife...Lol.

Sam
Aren't they WHW badges?
Tom
Hello Sam,
I do not collect tinnies.
CM Alexander and another collector have just recently published a book on winterhilfswerk. If I had any questions regarding tinnies, Chrys is the one I would go to.
Just for your information. ;-)

Nick is correct and there is 6 in total your picture shows all of them and were made in glass and plastic. I have 2 on order my self, hope you get them.
Hi Ralph that is a great book I just got mine but these are not in it.
Eric
Thank you! I have never heard or seen anything about these type of pieces.
Sam
Hello Eric,
As I do not collect these, I do not know. I only posted this as a reference of Chrys's credentials.
Ralph.
I'll move this one to the HJ forum..........
They are indeed donation badges for the Deutschen Jugendherbergwerk (German Youth Hostels). There were 12 in the series, six pieces that were made of both glass and plastic. They were distributed on the 8./9. Juni 1940, and have Tieste numbers of T021-026, followed by either a .1 or a .2 depending on if they are Glas or Kunststoff (glass or plastic). They are labelled Blut-Boden, Emtesegen, Heil, Kampf, Leben and Sieg.
