Re: Original Adolf Hitler Photos
Hi icheal,
I really like the photo,s they are unusual to see, I must say though hitler does look a bit of a p---k in the top hat.
Other than that they are great thanks for showing them.

Re: Original Adolf Hitler Photos
They are Original photos aquired mostly by wire transfer by the Philadelphia Inquirerer at the time of these events. They were purchased by the Iquirerer from news photo services such as Associated Press, Acme Photos, International News Photos, etc. They were copied into the newspapers of those days and then kept in a reference file and sometimes used again at later dates in the Inquirer. They were credited in the paper with the source such as Acme. If they were later used they would be labeled in the paper as file photo. I have A large collection of these I will try to post more when I have time...

Re: Original Adolf Hitler Photos
I have come across this thread while searching for the same information that you request here. I also have an original press-release photo of Hitler. I do not believe that mine was ever published. How did you decide to sell your photos and if you don't mind me asking, what were they worth? Thanks! wwiiphotos@comcast.net
