Hi Dan and a big welcome to the forum, many thanks for posting these cracking RAD buckles, I particulary like the last one you posted, I have never seen a RAD buckle made by Julius Kremp, that is a first for me

    Hello

Here is a very remarkable set I was able to get but let it go
Klein & Quenzer, 1936, Oberstein, full with inscriptions on it.

Thankyou for the support on this thread chaps.

There are already some very interesting makers logos to some very interesting buckles.

As Rob requested, here are some more private purchase RAD buckles. In addition, there are some more makers marks.

May I suggest that in particular, we keep the makers marks coming. If and as I hope the number of logos expands, then perhaps and at a later date, Ben and I could consolidate the thread and convert parts of it into a permanent data base.

More logos and markings please - common or rare !

    Regards,

    David

Indeed a quite remarkable buckle, leather tongue and strap.

    A 1937 buckle with a 1936 leather tongue !

Fantastic markings to the strap and which I am sure somebody can interpret.

You should have bought this one Alex !!

    Regards,

    David

Alex, I echo Davids comments, that is a fantastic set, would have been great to have in a collection.

David, the examples you have posted are some of the rarest RAD I have ever seen. The Wilhelm Binder is like rocking horse poop!!! I thought the Heer ones were rare I have never seen a RAD one by this maker, also the B Haarmann, superb example! Keep em coming guys, great thread
