    David North has granted me permission to use his example... Notice the similarities in the prongs...

    Do notice the prongs on this example as well... My newest piece
    I have received the buckle.... But alas... I am not at home to better photograph the buckle more to my liking... I will be in the area soon and will present better pics when time allows.

    I'ts a early variation IMO a ST&L :

    The differences are... The catch... Same catch but "Reversed" Round on top "Flat on bottom" and "Flat on top Round on bottom".. Due to whomever was soldering / brazing this piece on... Also.. The "Sheaves"...
    Notice the placement... close to top ... far from top......Hmmmmm..... Perhaps two separate dies ?? G
