RAD Generals

Another buckle from the SOS. I saw a RAD Generals buckle on a brocade a few years ago and the thought it was strange the buckle had a shiny gold finish and the keepers were a dull gold. When i found this buckle I did a search and found an identical buckle at the Ruptured Duck. So I guess all RAD general buckle are manufactured like this. Does anyone else have one of these?

I have never owned one Kirby, I like the construction of the buckle but cannot comment on the paint
