Gentleman, As a collector and enthusiast of Rad buckles I have decided to persue
an in depth study of the various Abtielingen or batteries or Arbeitsgau..
This I feel will answer questions of fellow collectors and myself as well..
My concept is "If I collect" only for prize pieces.. Than I really "Know nothing"
I wish to study this book so when these types of questions arise I can try to adequately add a good and accurate response.. I have a German friend that is willing
to help.. It may be a slow go at first but eventually I wish to have a "English" version
for my research. "Ehren Namen" the names behind the Abt... and Gau's.
Good hunting.. G

Surf the Internet and you will find lists with numbers! There is much information available.
I have a long list with many honor-names, most found in the RAD Verordnungsblatt!
"Wir sollen auch unser Leben für die Brüder lassen" (1.Joh.3.16):
zum Gedächtnis Wilhelm Schenk. Er starb fürs Vaterland am 13. Juni 1916
A nice item; congratulations on its purchase. Of course, this can only be a starting point, as this book covers only a single Arbeitsgau.
Good luck Jeff, as Wim stated there is also lots of info on the www mate
Excellent Gwar! That is the reference material you mentioned you were to get soon. I have not found so much on the Net yet, perhaps my searches in English not so accurate etc.
Please see if you can locate any information about the name on my RAD belt and buckle set
Thanks guys.. Now the waiting, G
