Jeff, Great looking buckle... Can you elaborate or take better pics of the rear ? I see a ----/82 and of course Ausgau? DEZ.37. 1 ??
I would like to try to identify it... G

That, so far, has been the best pic I have. Overall, a fair amount of wear front and back. I try another close up
Looks like Gruppe 82. 1936 buckle distributed in 12-37.
Arbeitsgau VIII Brandenburg-Ost 80-87 ?? G

A nice deep stamp.
A very nice buckle Jeff, sorry I could not help you much with the markings but I hope you get to find out where it has been
Ben
I believe there may be a few options on the Gruppe,
Rad Gruppe Summerfeld 82
Or Rad Abt. 1/82 Spremburg.
These are just my thoughts though, And these were members of the VIII / Brandenburg-Ost 80-87.. G-man

Ausgabe 37 = issue 1937, buckle by Gustav Brehmer.
Gruppe (group 82 was located at Sommerfeld
1/82 Apparently this was in some years Spremberg.
The others are:
2/82 Spremberg (Niederlausitz): "Heinrich von Merseburg" (" " = honor-name). Later this was Holzhaus-Raudenberg
K2/82 Spremberg
3/82 ----- "Christian Daniel Rauch"
K3/82 Peitz
4/82 ----- "Heinrich I."
5/82 Amtitz near Guben: "Kurfürst Friedrich I." . Maybe this was one day Güldendorf
6/82 Neuhausen, later Kahsel b.Cottbus: "Burgundenkönig Godemar"
7/82 Sommerfeld
8/82 Beitzsch
