Sorry Gwar, not really sure what to make of the mark, maybe a unit formation of some sort?

I guess it is the unit-number, which is rare.
It existed in the Arbeitsgau XXXVIII, which is Böhmen u. Mähren
(Sudetenland-Ost), with its headquarters in Prague.
Where the unit exactly was located I do not know. What I know is
the unit got the honor-name "Josef Freiherr von Zedlitz".

G, don't you also have a unit marked RAD - Aurich? The one you beat me out to buy at Collector's Guild

Thanks David. Many years ago I made for myself lists with all kinds of information
and so also about RAD unit-numbers, especially dedicated to the granted honor-names.
About the XXXVIII Arbeitsgau: not much numbers were valid there and therefore the
stamp is rare. The existing and known numbers are: 4/380, 6/380, 4/381, 3/382,
3/384, 1/385, 5/386. I did not find more numbers in old documentation.
So, here not much units in contrary to other districts where such a district can have
    50 or more units.
