    Looks like the national tricolor. Tread lightly if you are going to clean it. I suggest warm water and soap.

    The paint/mark looks a little low on the helmet to be a decal.

    But the red appears on the upper as well as lower parts, doesn't look like a tricolor decal to me. Would need closer photos of this area. Is it being sold as relic with decal or just relic? May come down to price as it isn't clear what you have from the pictures.
