M40 Relic Luftwaffe Relic from Brittany

Hi all,
I have just joined this great forum and thought i would share one of my latest finds,i picked this relic M40 in North Brittany last summer and it only cost me 20 euros! from a small village market near Dinan.The stall holder said it had been on their farm for many years but there was no other militaria [shame]

Cool find! Helmets, even beat up ones like this, are always nice to have with geographic provenance.

yes was really pleased with this one it was nice to buy a relic in Brittany as i have picked a number in Normandy but never really know the full provenance
