M42 camo relic

    Good points Datrus so called DAK helmets were camo'd with similar colours in Southern Russia , especially in the Kalmuk steppe towards the Caucusus , all types of camo colours which are found on helmets could have been used on both east or west fronts !!

    Very interesting idea's chap's i have to agree that it could pass for factory paint because its next to a m42 HKP helmet and is almost the same but it IS defo camo over paint you can see the brush strokes in places and its more pea green than the inside..
