My new relic lid

just got this today apparently found in a small lake with 3 other helmets . i got it for £35 off eBay but i did message the guy to try & find out more info but i had no reply so where it was found exactly i dont know but i hope you all agree a very, very nice lid

Not a bad relic , i have quite a few of them but i only buy them when i know where they are from , either i found them myself or i know the diggers who found them otherwise they might not even be a combat helmet at all but from some clerk who chucked it in a hole when he was captured !!

post was only £5 as it was from a guy in the uk so that was cool the only thing is on the inside where its so think with silt form the lake i think theres still active rust under that lot so im not to sure what to do about that & yes the stereo is still there but i leave it out of the pics these days
