    Certainly there is more and more discussion taking place on decals on relic helmets , i personally feel that the posting of helmets to show how differing ground and soil conditions have affected the decals would be a useful tool !!

    very nice and solid SS relic i would love something solid like your example!

    could you pm a value for a relic ss lid like this please, also any whare to buy one?

    would love yours in my collection as it would go nicely with my relic SS motorbike number plate!

    G'day Ewan, I couldn't tell you what something like that is worth as i don't really know myself... i figure they're worth what you are prepared to pay for them and what you can afford ? as for where to get one try the classifieds on this forum or ask some of the members here there are quite a few Guys in the Steel helmet forums that trade in Helmets or just search them on the web.
