Original winter camo relic?

Hello everyone! I came across this helmet and I was wondering what your opinion is on it. I've been looking for a winter camo helmet for a while and all I could afford is a relic. This helmet looks like it can be the one if you guys feel good about it! Thank you guys for the help in advance!

On my screen it looks like hardened mud or a 'concrete' like encrustation rather than whitewash or paint.
Some close ups may help me and others to give an opinion.

Totally agree with Dan Can't tell if it is the inside looks same as outside I don't totally rule it out I think this one might stand a chance of being a real winter cammo they are always hard to tell. timothy

Thank you for replying! I zoomed in on the pictures, I hope it helps. If not I'll ask the seller for close ups. I'm not sure on whether it's paint or something else either, I hope someone can come give a definite answer to put my mind at ease!

In the past, I saw such helmets to sell in Kreta, they come from charnel(not sure of the world) andthe white was sediments from bones.

Just trying to understand how it could be paint when it covers the inside where the liner band would have been.
So I'm leaning towards it being a reaction or corrosive effect of the metal.

Dan is quite corret this is not a winter camo !!
