It's a M42, the 56 on the liner is the size and aluminum ring is part of the liner and appears to still have the dome stamp, very hard to tell but I think I can see part of the ss decal but it's far gone.

Have you put it in oxalic acid yet? If not it usually does a good job and it's worked for me and for value I'd say 150 to 200? I'm not sure what relic ss lids are going for these days.

Yep, I can just about see a faint white decal lining on the shell, possibly a SS one. As for the shell, it's amazing that it still has a liner! I would keep it but thats up to you
