It looks like it was a double decal M40 that had the national shield removed.

Hi, I think its a M35, the decal is a Quist (going by the feet) can you see a Q on the side skirt?

An M35 from what I can see with what looks like a period repaint. Can't tell if the NS decal was removed or flaked off. Heer decal looks fine to me.
