Mildew,mould and rodent doo doo removal

Apologies in advance if this question has been asked before, but I have an old pair of Bepo trousers with a great deal of mildew , mould and rodent crap marks and was wondering if there is a safe way to remove these marks without damaging the cloth, I have tried disinfectant, and washing up liquid so far, with minor results, any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated,regards Opex
