    Thanks for the link, very interesting. Although now I'm 100% sure this was a Norwegian air force helmet since I found blue traces of a round decal. But my biggest fear has been confirmed, the biker sandpapered the helmet before he repainted it. So big spots of naked steel has been revealed. But I think that I will let the shell be as it is when the treatment is done anyway because of the traces of decal etc.
