Article about: I've had this rucksack for a while now, and could not let sit as it was any longer. The owner before me, i guess decided that he wanted to modify it. There was a metal piece over the makers

    Default Heer rucksack restoration

    I've had this rucksack for a while now, and could not let sit as it was any longer. The owner before me, i guess decided that he wanted to modify it. There was a metal piece over the makers mark, which I removed, to show the RBNr makers mark. I took some straps off a post war canvas rucksack, and added them to the german rucksack. Over all I think it looks good. Please post some opinions!!!!!

    In picture 3 where I put the leather strap through the orig. leather part. The cuts in the stitching were already there I just put the strap through, if that makes any sense?
