I'm never really happy with the spray paint finishes and enamel paint is thicker so it could work out well and I'll probably use just matte white metal paint.

    Hi Goon,
That is getting better by the minute.
It's a good looking finish as well.
Are you getting those results with a brush, or do you have an spray gun?
The reason I ask is the paint I am getting I will be using a brush.
Apparently the paint can't be used in a modelling spray gun (which I don't have anyway)
I am guessing it's too thick, a bit like myself
So if you have used enamel based paint and applied with a brush, and got those results.
Well, I think I should stand a good chance myself!
    Jonathan.

thanks and i used a brush but you do get some brush marks in it not smooth like a spray gun would and my paints not enamel but enamel paint shouldnt make a big difference.

The paint comes with rough textured aluminium oxide which you mix in with the paint, forgot to mention that!
Wait and see how it turns out.

"Thanks for the compliments, getting the paint right is going to tricky".

Did the German troops use Whitewash- a lime based paint, this could be an easy quick fix??

Nice job! A bit of constructive criticism though, hope you don't mind: I would have gone for a bit less uniform way of creating the wear/scratches... Other than that I really like the aged dirty look of the white camo, with the brush strokes and all!
