    An utter transformation, and now quite an heirloom. Wish my pa had done something like that.

    I think it will look better yet when aged a bit. Perhaps some antiquing is in order if you need more to do.

    Simply amazing! How does the rifle feel when you shoulder it? The detail is incredible, but I also like how you've kept parts of the rifle utilitarian... I'm sure the carving adds a nice amount of grip, and the piece you've left un-carved on the stock to rest your cheek on is a nice touch. !

    thanks gent's,
    it was a fun project. the feel in hand is very nice. no slip grip ! when it warms up around here, i'll take it out and try it out.

    Hi Andrew,
    Love the work you have put into your project, it has transformed the old shotgun in to a collectors piece.
    It looks great as it is but when you have some more patina from your hands on it that will age it perfectly
    dont stop now keep up the great work and get yourself some commissions. i think you have started a good trade
    for yourself.
