    I have found this navy hat. I suppose it is a 60's hat. Am I wrong?

    It's a winter bezkozirka, they were worn by the navy in both service in parade in the years 1970-1991. Fairly common.

    Earlier than 70s... IMO middle-late 40s/early 50s.

    Still a nice hat, which didn't change by it's model from 1939 year. 40 pounds is still looks like a fair price
