60's soviet navy hat?

It's a winter bezkozirka, they were worn by the navy in both service in parade in the years 1970-1991. Fairly common.
...Once we characterize our adversaries as beyond the scope of God's mercy and grace, their lives lose all value. We deny personal responsibility when we plant landmines and, days or years later, a stranger to us — often a child – is crippled or killed. From a great distance, we launch bombs or missiles with almost total impunity, and never want to know the number or identity of the victims.
~ Jimmy Carter
Earlier than 70s... IMO middle-late 40s/early 50s.
Ohhs, errs, and ahhs aside.
.
Fellow collectors are NOT adversaries to be bested...
"Ричик, я не понимаю, почему, почему ты тратишь деньги на эти вещи!"
I would agree with Richie: a friend of mine sold a similar one at the weekend for Ł40.

Still a nice hat, which didn't change by it's model from 1939 year. 40 pounds is still looks like a fair price
