"Luftschutz"

Here is a grouping of buckles which are commonly and perhaps erroneously and lazily referred to as "Luftschutz", although correctly, I think "Sicherheits und Hilfsdienstes 1 Ordnung", "Luftschutzwarndienst" and "Wasserstrassenluftschutz", is a more correct description.

The common steel examples by Brehmer and Sieper, however one in zinc which is most uncommon.

The example in aluminium however is now cleverly faked by casting and as such, be aware. There are many differences between the fake and the original, although the latter had and without exception, a grey/silver lacquered finish, rather than a bare aluminium surface.

Here are images of two supposedly RLB buckles which are in my opinion, both fakes. Any comments however or indeed the addition of any other good or bad "Luftschutz" related buckles, would be greatly welcomed.
