    I'm not seeing any markings. Is it the eagle or the construction style that indicates the maker?

    no markings but some special typical features from this maker are availebel :

    Typical catch and prongs . Also ears and last the typical eagle .

    Here to comparison an HJ , RZM 34 with similar features and :

    Thanks for the info. I think I have the same bird on one of my buckles. I will have to check out the other features.
