Re: Killer Assmann SA buckle
Thankyou for your kind words Guido. Anyway, how matters have changed over the last few years as to how we view, evaluate and regard selective buckles with certain and permutation "RZM marks". Although immensely difficult via the Internet, I would however recommend that any collector at a fair (and to an existing collection of course), very closely examine SA, DJ, HJ and DLV buckles in particular. Always check the buckle box inner walls, the claws and underneath the pin shroud. Although the presence of these almost covert marks have little influence on the price, they provide a phenomenally important piece of information to the collecting community - the maker of the buckle.
Regards,
David
