    Hi Piotr, SA are not really my area of collecting but from the rear shot with the make up of the buckle and position of the solder points I would say it is a Overhoff buckle, but that is my opinion, I do not concentrate on SA buckles.

    As Markus said and has shown with an image of the PuC marked lip of a buckle from my collection, maker is indeed Paulmann & Crone. The dimple, catch, and roundel design are all chracteristic of this maker.
