Opinions on SA belt+buckle

I've just stumbled across this SA belt + buckle which I am not sure of but looks kinda OK to me. May I have your opinions on this one ? I'm not a SA items collector but it came with a Heer one so if anyone interested lemme know.

Comparing it to his hand I'd say it's average size. I have lw buckles of the same size.

The un-bent ears are throwing me off a bit.. Not uncommon but just an observation.
