Hi, I am sorry I do not know very much about these what does "SA /HJ" buckle stand for?
SA stands for Sturm Abteilung and HJ stand for Hitler Jungend, the SA was the paramilitary wing of the Nazi party during the 20-30s and the HJ was a Youth movement, a pre cursor for indoctrinating the youth of Germany into the Nazi idiology, and then recruiting them into the Wehrmacht/SS etc
