Hey gang. Here's my newest SA/nskk added to the collection. If memory serves me right - I think this type of eagle is called the doghead type, yes?
Love the sunwheel swastika on these and the different adler!

Great buckle that was missing from my collection. Happy to have it added to the collection. Thought I'd put up some pics and share!

Very nice nickel over brass Dog's Head SA, Rob! Your's looks like the one that was recently posted on WAF... Aside from David's example in the sticky thread, this the only other example I have seen. As David previously pointed out to me, note the centrality of the swastika on these buckles as opposed to the usual slightly dropped positioning. The solder points on the Dog's Head SA are also more closely positioned than on other SA's. A great find Attached are my examples.

Great buckles guys! They have such a great look to them. Glad you guys like it - I had not seen the post on e-stand for such a buckle...I would probably have gone for it!
It's great to find buckle types/variants that are not in one's collection.
Ben: first time I see a silver dog head as well.....I'm quite happy to have it added to the collection.
