These 2 daggers aint bad, blades are more then nice, deeply etched, full crossgrain, with runnermarks on the Wüsthof and a few spots on the logo side of the Weltersbach.
Overal fit is what would we expect on early ones, the Ho gau on the Weltersbach and the He on the Wüsthof.
I let the pics do the talking..... enjoy
    Regards,
    Ger

2 great early examples that represent the early history of the SA.

Not too commonly found as much as other SA gruppes is the SA Gruppe "Ho" Hochland ..which this marking will always be found off the center either to the right or the left lower guard point.

Dare to be different ?...was the guy who stamped these in that district ...or a special cause for this particular SA gruppe?

No one knows...and will remain a mystery.

Nice finds Ger ..keep that front step clean and secure

One stamp is He = Hessen; the other Ho = Hochland.
    Interesting why two different codes.
