Hey guys...I don't think I've shown my small collection of TR daggers on this forum yet - I mostly hang in the buckle section...
That said - I do really enjoy the daggers and I'm happy to have ten or so blades. I collect them on the one of each principle....once I have one type, I move onto another.

Here's my SA - probably my favorite as I've always loved the shape and colour of these daggers.

That's a very nice SMF (Solinger Metallwaffenfabrik Stoecker) dagger that you have. It's in a very collectable state, no wonder this is your favorite SA dagger...

Salut Pierre....Not sure if the eagle is aluminium....Good question. I'll take it out and have a closer look!

Old thread to be sure.....but I still have the dagger. I used to have about a dozen daggers...but now I'm down to an early HJ, a RAD Hewer, this SA dagger and a Boker SS. All the others have been moved on.
The style of this SA (and SS daggers) is by far my favorite.....great lines!!
