So,I am pleased to add another treat! A good friend of mine brought over his FHH to compare the daggers. It was one of those "Oh Wow" moments. A beautiful Feldherrnhalle internally numbered 31,with walnut grips and beautiful patina and construction. We were amazed at the similarities and differences in the daggers. Small little differences in the size of the wreath, the color of the metal, grip material, the blade inscription exemplified the one off personalized construction of these daggers. Pretty rare opportunity! Probably a first for this forum to see two Feldherrnhalles presented together----
You are right-there are quite the number of small differences between the 2. Who was #31 presented to?

We don't know yet- However there is a name scratched into the crossgard-- Checking it out as I speak--
