Re: New to my collection SA daggers
Hi Ty, they look like two honest original daggers. Well done on getting them.
Cheers, Ade,

2 nice honest daggers, I especially like the "Tiger" RZM. One of the better makers I think

Re: New to my collection SA daggers
Thanks guys.
Yes, i really love these. I have been looking for quite a while but my budget has been very limited for one reason or another. I was going to buy just the Sauer then the owner said he actually had 2 for sale. I made him an offer for the pair and he accepted it. All the retail dealers in my area were asking too much for one.
So i actually got 2 for the price of one

Re: New to my collection SA daggers
Nice daggers. But it brings up an interesting question. Should a collector buy daggers in fair condition at a lower price, or pay more for higher quality? I lean toward the latter, unless the price is an absolute giveaway.

two very nice pieces of wood and metal for a nice price

Re: New to my collection SA daggers
Try to buy for quality. Of course if the price is reasonable.
