New SA 40 & 41 Eickhorn finds!!

Two new SA finds to add to the collection

one is a black scabbard 1940 double mark Eickhorn and the other is a 41 rzm mark i think both fairly nice with the normal age spots nothing major. 350 usd. into both!?

well i paid 250 for the one and 115 for the 1940,there was also a beautyfull 2nd luft dagger in there for 115, i listed that about for days ago. lol the SA's not mint but i think ther worth more than 350. i bought them just because i like Eickhorn and SA daggers! hopefully one day i can buy my first SS dagger. but in the mean time ill stick with the SA's. john

The transitional is nice, quite difficult to come by, at that price you've gone back 10years and knabbed a bargain

I started in the very early 70's........ Used to go down Charing Cross undercover market, and find piles and piles of them @ £15-£30 depending on condition. chatted to Chris Farlowe every Sat. (he was my hero)............ does anyone remember Chris?

Regimentals were there too, as was all the 'big boys' I used to drool over the gear they used to get, how things change

That is true Phil.

BTW I remember Chris Farlowe. I recall going to his shop one afternoon during a heavy rainfall. He had buckets dotted all around the shop as the roof leaked so bad!
