Thats an interesting grip eagle I never seen before.
Take notice to the breadth of the lower wing span ...its much larger and full.

The chain appearsto have been added to the dagger along with the chain snap clip.
The chain tab rings do appear to have been repaired and soldered.
Im seeing 3 different patinas on the dagger fittings the chain and the chain snap clip.
