Nice late Original NSKK Dagger, The condition and fit looks very good. I see no issues only a eagle witch lost his finish

Arthur Schuttlehoffer always had great crossgrain on their late daggers. Another nice find

As said of it's brother, the RZM SA, this is a fine later issue NSKK. No doubt on this one sheath color. Again, about the only wear to it appears to be from probable post-war handling, which resulted in wearing the thin finish from the grip eagle. Any way of looking at it, it's a dandy piece-especially so for being a late issue which were not known for their high quality like their older relatives were. This one is right up there with about as good as these get. I can see no trouble at all selling this one as well!

"Much that once was, is lost. For none now live who remember it."
Nice RZM with its typical high ridge blade, great crossgrain and a nice straight scabbard with the high gloss lacquer as it should be.
Looking at the crossguard it might have had a 3 piece hanger, the chrome is lost on the right tip, normally where the leather strap is when its in marching position.

Ger
